My wife and I are trained as a Civil Engineer and a Veterinarian, respectively, both from the University of Pretoria. I went on to complete my Honors Degree in Engineering.
We both have a passion for quality education, especially in the fields of Math and Science, as well as business: hence we joined Nalize and the ChumS-team. There is a shortage of quality education in the field of Math and we look forward to contributing to kids’ lives and to develop a love and for and confidence in Sums.
We feel that a strong foundation in Math gives a learner so much more potential/options in terms of their career choice as well as future careers, regardless of the studies they choose to follow. Math is the foundation of so many study options and as the famous Galileo Galilei said:
“If I were again beginning my studies, I would follow the advice of Plato and start with mathematics”.
Math opens doors! We want to help kids reach the handle.
